Nice to meet you! My name is Su-chan, and I’m the representative of ATSUKU.

I started fishing when I was 5 years old. My father took me to a simple pier to fish for horse mackerel, and I was hooked! I still vividly remember the feeling and smell of that first small fish I caught. Since then, I’ve been completely captivated by fishing and have caught countless fish.

Here’s a fun fact: Japan is actually one of the world’s leading fishing nations! Our island nation is surrounded by various ocean currents, resulting in a rich diversity of fish species. Over the centuries, Japan has developed unique fishing and cooking techniques.

We believe that these unique aspects of Japanese culture offer a fantastic experience for visitors from around the world.
