概要

ご予約を行った後、釣行日の前日から起算して7日を経過した場合、100%のキャンセル料が発生いたします。

キャンセル料についてはいかなる理由があったとしても発生することになりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

釣行日の前日から起算しての8日以前のキャンセルであれば無料で承り、速やかにご返金いたします。

返金

キャンセルが承認されましたら、キャンセルをお知らせするメールをお送りします。

承認された場合、返金処理が行われ、一定の日数以内にクレジットカードまたは元の支払い方法に自動的に入金されます。

遅延または未着の返金

まだ返金を受け取っていない場合は、クレジットカード会社にお問い合わせください。返金が正式に処理されるまでには時間がかかる場合があります。

さらに、ご利用の銀行にお問い合わせください。返金が反映されるまでには通常、処理に時間がかかります。

Overview

A 100% cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled fishing date. Please be aware that this cancellation fee will be incurred regardless of the reason. Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to the scheduled fishing date will be accepted free of charge, and we will process your refund promptly.

Refunds

Once your cancellation is approved, we will send you an email to notify you of the cancellation. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mail-info@atsuku.com.
